Time for You

Time for You - Open Door Consultation

The ‘Time For You’ study wants your views and ideas on breaks for carers in an open-door consultation.

Along with giving grants for short breaks for informal and family carers, the Time For You study has been funded by Suffolk County Council to enable local communities to devise new respite services for carers.

In Sibton and Peasenhall, this research and community development work is being carried out by Suffolk ACRE and the study is holding two open consultation sessions to learn what local people think should be done for carers, what community organisations could do for them and hear ideas on providing carers with respite breaks.

Two drop-in sessions will be held at the Methodist Chapel Rooms, Peasenhall IP17 2JD for the local community to learn more about the project and have their say.

Tuesday 23 March 11 am – 1 pm

Tuesday 27 April 11 am – 1 pm

Further sessions will be arranged according to demand and private consultations are available for carers.

You don’t have to be a carer to take part. Input from local businesses and services is very welcome. Please contact the study if you have any questions or to be kept informed of progress.
