VCS (Voluntary & Community Sector) ICT Support

Suffolk Online

Suffolk Online is now offering ICT Support packages to voluntary organisations and charities within Suffolk. From research performed in March-June 2006 it was discovered that many voluntary sector organisations currently have no form of formal ICT support arranged and if they do it is with often expensive commercial companies who don't understand the needs or budgets of the voluntary sector. This can result in inefficiencies within your organisation or charity, possible affecting the project you run or future bids that you may be going for.

As part of our packages you get :

  • A dedicated helpdesk (Please call 01473 242566 for support queries) that is operated 9am-5pm each day (bank holidays and Christmas period excluded)
  • Access to 3 permanent, highly experienced and knowledgeable staff
  • Remote Support via advanced online tools
  • On site support (charged additionally)
  • Help and advice on whatever you require
  • Procurement and Procurement advice
  • Discounted packages because you work in the voluntary sector

If you are interested in what we can offer you, please find information on our products below.

We believe by offering good value telephone and onsite ICT support through experienced staff that this will enable  organisations to more effectively use their resources by ultimately saving money, plan ICT infrastructure for the future and provide them with the knowledge that they can always call on someone who understands their needs.
