Performance Management System (PMS)

Suffolk Online, in conjunction with an external developer and Change Up money has been able to develop a Performance Management System (PMS) that is a remotely accessible database system for monitoring and recording information on project performance.

The performance management system is a powerful tool that through designated outputs and outcomes allows you to track the relative performance of 1 or more projects and with its powerful reporting features can also provide you the basis of all the management and strategic reports you will need on a project by project basis.

The system is securely hosted on an industry standard dedicated server and is also backed up to another location on a nightly basis meaning you can be rest assured that your data is completely safe.

The performance management system has had an excellent track record over the past 2 years and has received excellent feedback from the 9 RCC's, 1 County Council (Suffolk County Council) that has already purchased the software.
