Directions on Foot from Ipswich Railway Station

As you leave the station turn left onto Ranelagh Road and continue until you get to London Road. Cross at the traffic lights as Hadleigh Road is straight ahead. Continue along Hadleigh Road, over the railway bridge and turn right into Elton Business Centre. Suffolk ACRE is on the right.

By Bus

Catch the Number 7 bus from the Tower Ramparts Bus Station. Get off the bus at Dickens Road, Hadleigh Road Industrial Estate. On foot turn left onto Hadleigh Road. Walk up Hadleigh Road a short distance and turn right into Elton Business Centre. Suffolk ACRE is on the right hand side.

From Ipswich Town Centre

Follow the signs for Hadleigh Road Industrial Estate. From the Civic Drive roundabout turn onto A1071, Handford Road. Continue on this road past 3 sets of traffic lights (leads into London Road). Take the right hand filter lane at the 4th set into Hadleigh Road. Continue for 1 mile then turn right into Elton Business Centre. Suffolk ACRE is on the right.

From the East (Lowestoft/Felixstowe)

Leave the A14 at Junction 55, Copdock. Take the 3rd exit onto the A1214, London Road. Turn left into Hadleigh Road. After a mile turn right into Elton Business Centre. Suffolk ACRE is on the right.

From the North, South & West (Cambridge, Colchester & London)

Leave the A14 at Junction 55, Copdock. Take the exit onto the A1214, London Road. Turn left onto Hadleigh Road and after a mile turn right into Elton Business Centre and Suffolk ACRE is on the right.
