        <description><![CDATA[The Boundary Committee for England has published further draft proposals for new unitary local government arrangements in Suffolk and is asking for people in the county to give their views on the proposals. This follows the Committee's earlier consultation which took place between July and September 2008.

        <title>Cut your Carbon fund programme now closed with no further funding rounds</title>
        <description><![CDATA[Update on Cut Your Carbon

The East of England Development Agency (EEDA) &amp;#160;have confirmed today that there will be no further funding rounds for Cut your Carbon, upon closure of the current round (30 January 2009). The decision has been taken as a result of the need to re-prioritise funding and budget reductions. 
Funding is secure for successful projects from round one and the selected entries from round two. One-to-one support will continue to be available for the successful communities as they work up a detailed project plan to receive funding.
